POSITION SUMMARY:

• Configuration and setup of Network equipment including phones, routers, switches, and video systems.
• Troubleshooting network issues on production lines, capturing and reviewing network traces.
• Implementation of mock network environments in labs for testing for customer use cases.
• Documentation of troubleshooting steps and root cause resolution within tickets.
• Providing support over the phone/email to customers on network equipment issues.
• Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.

High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree preferred. 3 years of general experience or 2 years of functional experience. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
