  • Responsibilities

    The Organizational Capability Summer Intern will support the scoping, design, and implementation of solutions to build organizational and functional capability. To ensure delivery of effective, best-in-class solutions, this individual will apply Organizational Development best practice research and work closely with key stakeholders as they contribute to building solutions that help maximize performance to achieve CDW’s key business priorities and objectives.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Partner with the Organizational Capability team to drive key project deliverables and support organizational change initiatives
    • Support change management initiatives utilizing the OD toolkit and support a project team as they prepare to launch organizational changes
    • Develop and design an internal Organizational Development and Change Management SHARE site to create an interactive platform for access to OD and Change management tools, resources and information
    • Partner with leadership teams to design, communicate, launch, and analyze pulse surveys on critical change initiatives
    • Partner with leadership teams to develop action plans to address key survey findings
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications  Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate college/university program as of June 2017.

    Other Required Qualifications • Self-motivated and driven to get results and make an impact • Solid written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated resourcefulness with creative problem solving skills. • Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business • Strong customer service skills; maintains confidentiality • Team oriented; develops good relationships • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
