    What you’ll be doing...

    As a Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega NBA implementation.

    As the BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. You will be a key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.

    • Collecting business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams.

    • Creating user stories and grooming the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get group consensus.

    • Contributing to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement.

    • Documenting.

    • Serving as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs.

    • Makinng sure that the solutions implemented meet the business requirements and the business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Two or more years experience working on implementation of PEGA.

    • Inbound/Outbound campaign experience.

    • Pega Next Best Action experience.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.

    • Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.

    • SQL knowledge.

    • Good understanding of Marketing terminology.

    • Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from the business stakeholders.

    • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.

    • Technical project experience.

    • Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $89,000.00 and $166,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
