    Our partnership allows AT&T to do what they do best by engineering and architecting the solution, while WWT provides the hands-on assembling and distribution of the integrated solution. Our Lab team provides top of the line support with the production and deployment of the Walk in Cabinets (WIC), Walk Up Cabinets (WUC), Integration Services, Platforms, FLX21 group, and assisting on handheld devices as well as recertification of smaller components, functional items, and radios.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Production Control is responsible for coordinating production activities in support of meeting the production schedule. A Production Analyst works closely with cross functional teams and leadership to set daily priorities, manage exceptions, and resolve issues related to execution.

    Key activities include:

    • Leads cross-functional status meetings and respectfully challenging key decisions, as needed

    • Distributes LED Attainment data for analysis

    • Generates Daily Roster to determine priorities

    • Leads daily production meetings with Production Leadership

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviews daily Production Schedule and resource availability to generate daily/weekly execution plans for individuals work cell/shifts

    • Leads daily production meetings with lab supervisors and Production Planners

    • Monitors production progress against schedule (Plans to Actuals) and collaborates with lab/PE/Planner to assess any changes/impacts to schedule

    • Identifies and communicates risks/issues and variances to schedule and initiates escalations with upstream teams, as needed

    • Collaborates with Planners to reschedule or reallocate resources, as needed, to address issues impacting the LED (material, DOA, Customer Changes, constraints, etc.)

    • Captures and tracks open actions and owners related to schedule adherence

    • Manages inbound/outbound flow of material

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • College degree (or equivalent experience) with a moderate amount of progressive experience in field of expertise, or advanced degree with limited experience
    • Utilizes resources to maximize performance and value added; utilizes reports and tools to track operational efficiency.
    • Identifies processes, activities and tasks that do not add value; suggests improvements that impact the quality of products, services, and processes.
    • Constantly works to improve own efficiency; double-checks the accuracy of the output of others to ensure high quality delivery.
    • Assesses bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.
    • Coordinates with team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals.
    • Compiles data and analyzes the impact of process changes.
    • Utilizes advanced knowledge of the organization's techniques to determine short-term production capacity, considering resources and materials available.
    • Coordinates bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contributes own suggestions.
    • Thinks holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.
    • Assists with a whole systems approach to analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for.
    • Gathers pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues.
    • Researches and recommends more detailed solutions to resolve problems.
    • Implements solutions based on advanced knowledge of standard practices and previous experiences; escalates complex or unprecedented issues and needed.
    • Functions as a trusted advisor regarding relevant markets, business strategies and operating environments to both the business and individual members.
