  • Responsibilities

    Scope of Services

    • The candidate selected for this position must be a highly motivated, self-starter, independent worker with high initiative, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience in project coordination.
    • The scope of work encompasses both analytical research and project management responsibilities, including assisting senior managers with documentation, reporting, and analysis while coordinating team assignments, tracking project milestones, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
    • The candidate will research innovative and/or advanced technology tools and technologies, and evaluate their
    • potential applications within client operations, test solutions, and prepare findings and recommendations for management review.
    • Key duties include writing and editing internal documentation, presentations, and workflows, serving
    • as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to identify risks and propose solutions.
    • The candidate will also write and edit internal documentation, presentations, and workflows while utilizing project management tools and methodologies to support efficient project execution.
    • This position requires the ability to work both independently on research tasks and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
    • The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
      • Perform analyses on innovative tools and technologies
      • Develop business cases
      • Perform data validation and analysis
      • Build reports and dashboards for analysis
      • Participate in Peer Reviews of work product
      • Revise and/or draft new methods and practices
      • Analyze and document processes
      • Solicit stakeholder input
      • Must complete daily reporting activities
      • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts. Highly desired.
    • Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired.
    • Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired.
    • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques associated with document management.
    • Ability to work as a self-starter with high initiative, with very little guidance.
    • Ability to categorize work, set priorities, and determine short and/or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them.
    • Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, prioritize, and manage complex work assignments and project schedules.
    • Ability to research, identify, and implement innovative solutions.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
    • Ability to leverage critical thinking skills and conduct analysis in all aspects of work.
    • Skilled in interpreting and communicating technical information both verbally and in writing (including note-taking).
    • Ability to work effectively with users to identify and document requirements.
    • Ability to identify and define stakeholder needs.
    • Ability to follow established processes and practices.
    • Ability to adhere to compliance standards.
    • Ability to ensure thorough and complete communication with all stakeholders and the chain of command, including immediate and appropriate follow-through.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.
