Your Role and Responsibilities

Come build the future of quantum with us. IBM’s full-stack approach delivers the best of IBM’s quantum computing systems together with the most complete suite of quantum software tools and cloud services. As a member of the IBM Quantum Partner Team, you will drive drive early adoption of quantum computing, which will change the world in the years and decades to come. On the Partner Team, we help our partners across the globe to get the most out of access to our quantum computers. We do this by seeking opportunities for our partners to increase usage of quantum computing systems, developing scalable enablement materials, and removing friction in the interactions between the many parts of IBM and our partners.

We are looking for interns with a diverse set of skills to help drive this mission forward. You will join a team of highly motivated individuals that have a passion for technology and creating an early impact with quantum computing through adoption in academia and industry.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Please note candidates must be registered in a graduate program in order to be eligible for this internship. International students are eligible to apply.

Partner Team summer interns will work at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center (Yorktown Heights, NY, USA) for up to twelve weeks during the summer of 2022.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Business analytics
• Customer success or other client experience
• Technical content creation and content management
• Degree in science, technology, engineering, or math

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of quantum computing hardware and software (including Qiskit)
• Certification as an IBM Quantum Developer (Quantum Computation using Qiskit)
