What you’ll be doing...

Working closely with internal business groups, you’ll be part of an exciting internship program where you’ll work on meaningful projects that transform our real estate. what you learn will help you grow professionally and personally while making a positive impact on our organization.

• Work on projects related to portfolio dispositions, energy reductions, property operations, real estate transactions, strategic sourcing vendor partnerships, systems implementations and workplace delivery improvements.
• Collect and analyze data from internal and external real estate systems.
• Research and benchmark industry standards.
• Generate reports and create presentations.
• Create training materials and job aids for global real estate staff, portfolio and operations teams.
• Update our internal real estate website.
• Assist in project development, management, implementation and tracking.

You’ll need to have:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in real estate or a related major with an expected completion date between December 2020 and June 2022.
• Authorization to work in the u.s. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Even better if you have:

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency with microsoft office suite.
• Excellent project management and analytical thinking skills.
• Great verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with social media platforms.
