THE ROLE

We are excited to welcome additional recruitment support to assist Lumen with urgent hiring needs as part of our company growth strategies.  This is a full-time temporary assignment.  We offer a flexible schedule and remote work opportunities. This position requires no previous recruiting experience, although some recruiting or customer service experience is preferred.  We're really focused on enthusiastic candidates with an inherent desire to help great people find meaningful career opportunities at Lumen.  The individual selected will be responsible for specific and assigned hiring projects and requisitions.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers excellent quality and accurate work on assigned projects
• Develops candidate interest for available positions
• Interacts with candidates, hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and others to meet all performance objectives.
• May perform queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
• May directly source talent for open roles using both traditional and creative methods to find and attract candidates
• Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client
• Maintains accurate records and keeps systems updated at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE

BEYOND THE ROLE DESCRIPTION ABOVE, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• We ARE open to considering active undergrad or grad-level students pursuing a business or human resources degree)
• Some professional/customer-oriented work experience is preferred.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
