Here are some things we are looking for in candidates

• Prior Client/Product Support experience
• Prior Financial background strongly preferred but not required
• SQL experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Suited to an experienced candidate with high-level problem-solving expertise in either software support or other technical role
• Strong ability to find solutions
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and take responsibility for your own development
• Ability to confidentially work with high touch key clients
• Hold a strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering high-quality results
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
