    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct in-store product knowledge and sales training seminars

    • Maintain in-store service functions, including maintenance of displays, down stocking product to the bay, return-to-vendor of defective products, order and placement of in-store signage and point-of-sale materials and any other assigned service projects

    • Analyze point of sale data to optimize training and service activities as well as identify opportunities for account managers to act upon

    • Provide reports on training and service activities, including competitive activity, on a per-store and regional basis

    • Influence preferential product placement within the store

    • Ensure department personnel and/or service groups have set stores to authorized plan-o-grams to guarantee bay and off-shelf display integrity

    • Develop a working relationship with store level team members that leverages CGI’s sales leadership position and ensures completion of assigned projects

    • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams

    • Protect CGI’s reputation by keeping information confidential

    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

    • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 0-1 years of relevant work experience

    • Strong public speaking skills

    • Able to travel up to 80% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license
