As part of this program, you may be considered for one of the following specialized roles based on your skills and interests:
Simulation Engineer
Set up and maintain simulation environments
Develop auto-annotation tools and synthetic data pipelines
ML/CV Engineer (Model Fine-Tuning)
Support data curation, model training, and evaluation
Fine-tune AI/ML models in simulated and real-world environments
Robotics Engineer (Hardware Integration)
Install and calibrate robotic hardware (arms, cameras, grippers)
Perform system integration and testing
QA/Validation Engineer
Conduct ablation testing (lighting, pose, occlusion)
Track performance metrics and document validation results
• B.S./M.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Strong foundation in programming (Python, C++, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), simulation tools (e.g., ROS, Gazebo), or robotic hardware is a plus
• Passion for robotics, AI, and solving real-world challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
