    Your Role and Responsibilities

    • Participate in the Quarterly and Annual Planning & Achievement processes as they relate to sales budgets, quotas, attainment tracking and any analysis for ad hoc requests on behalf of the sales leadership.
    • Assist in the preparation of the Bottoms-Up targeting for the Integrated Accounts team.
    • Assist with the weekly sales pacing review & reporting to leadership.
    • Support the sales team & sales leadership with general business analysis, which includes: sales pipeline analysis, close rate analysis, historical account spending, seller performance metrics.
    • Assist with the preparation of accurate reports using data from various internal sources.
    • Ensure data quality within Salesforce by monitoring entries and enforcing Revenue Operations policies.
    • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company in departments such as finance, operations, product, and analytics.
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis, ranging from the development of reports & dashboards to the identification of root causes for fluctuations in revenue.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions with a strong proficiency with spreadsheet analytical skills (Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets)
    • Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to collaborate in groups and work independently.
    • Possess a passion for media and consumer internet and a strong intellectual curiosity.
    • Clear succinct, persuasive, written and verbal communication
    • Demonstrated self-starter capability
    • Critical thinking skills; able to break down complex business and technical challenges into logical components

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or willingness to learn
    • Growth mindset, adaptable to changes in environment
    • Ability to problem solve across multiple disciplines (technical, legal, and business)
