What you’ll achieve

As a DFS Sales Coach, you will be responsible for growing financing and Lease originations across the Dell teams you support. You will work with Dell Sales Reps, SB customers, and cross functional teams on offering flexible payment options to help reduce up-front IT cost and free up resources with low monthly payments.

You will:

• Support and coach Dell sales representatives on effective positioning of Dell Business Credit/Lease products, policies, and regulations behind Dell Financial Services products
• Work assigned Dell Financial Services Leads to grow DFS Originations
• Provide coaching strategies to improve DFS performance week over week.
• Interface w/ senior management for process improvement and work cross functionally with DFS teams to drive performance

**Essential Requirements **

• Bachelor’s degree
• Effectively develop relationships and rapport with cross functional teams and sales teams to mentor, motivate and drive results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status

**Desirable Requirements **

• Strong internship examples working with cross functional teams
• Outstanding sales and presentation skills that can be delivered over the telephone
• Able to coach and gain loyalty from internal and external partners and differentiate the DFS value proposition
