  • Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent area of study
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Data analysis skills with ability to work with large data sets
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

    IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

    • Assist in new hire onboarding and content creation for training
    • Support knowledge sharing and management of online resources for sales team (i.e. Seismic)
    • Perform sales analytics and reporting tasks (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Tableau)
    • Create purchase orders, manage invoices, and track expenses
    • Manage technology for facilitators using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
    • Schedule trainings in the Learning Management System, upload rosters, and manage participants
    • Support implementing operational changes to streamline sales processes and improve sales efficiency

    Our Summer Internship Program will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2022, depending on academic calendar.
