    Sales Recruiters are motivated and competitive individuals whose main responsibility is to share companies’ jobs and opportunities with qualified candidates. Sales Recruiters work with their clients to help fill specific high-priority positions.

    OUR TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS:

    Don’t worry about having previous recruiting or sales experience, our comprehensive recruiter training program allows you to learn terminology, job functions, and applicable practices within the information technology industry.

    • Utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
    • Develop their own creative recruiting methods
    • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
    • Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks, and background investigations
    • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
    • Prepare candidates for the client interview process
    • Build professional relationships with consultants through lunch meetings and on-site visits
    • Network for new business opportunities and referrals

  • Qualifications
