Your Role and Responsibilities

Perform Active Directory User Provisioning, (Create, Move, Disable & troubleshoot ids)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 1 year Experience in Active Directory User Provisioning
• Working knowledge of computer networking
• Experience with desktop operating systems (i.e., Windows 10)
• Experience with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to provide end user support over the phone
• Demonstrated communication skills to interact with team members, management, and support personnel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in using ServiceNow Problem and Change System
