    What will you be doing?

    The Physical Security Systems Coordinator position is charged with maintaining the overall health of WWT Access Control and CCTV systems as well managing the lifecycle of equipment and coordinating with vendors and contractors. This position is paramount in fulfilling the security department mission of "Securing People, Property, and Information utilizing industry best practices that align with WWT's culture.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Enforces Security policies and procedures
    • Assists in day-to-day functionality of security systems
    • Reviews alarm and systems checks responses for adherence to standards
    • Assists with afterhours systems issues for domestic and international locations
    • Tracks and reviews physical security systems projects/tasks
    • Conducts systems modifications
    • Handles security systems incident response
    • Demonstrates analytical and long-term resolutions-oriented problem-solving skills
    • Provides internal Investigation support and report writing
    • Provides security expertise at company events & VIP visits
    • Recommends actions to deter or respond to conditions conducive to threats
    • Responds to security incidents and conduct corresponding video review
    • Conducts physical security and risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate, and provide recommendations for domestic and international locations
    • Provides excellent service to employees, clients, vendors, and visitors
    • Coaches building occupants on observed security policy violations
    • Attends external teams stand up meetings for increased visibility
    • Works with various departments throughout WWT regarding security concerns
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3 years Military, Law Enforcement or Private Security experience
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
    • Administrative experience
    • Relevant/Applicable Certifications related to supporting security programs IT infrastructure
    • 2 years of experience operating within a Security Operations Center (S.O.C.)
    • Experience with Incident Response
    • Understanding of Physical Security Protocols
    • 18+ years of age.
    • Valid Driver’s license w/ clean driving record
    • Ability to pass appropriate background checks
    • Ability to successfully complete relevant training
    • Ability and willingness to respond and react to situations that require the previously mentioned training

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Knowledge of:

    • Knowledge of IT and systems and products associate with corporate access control and CCTV solutions
    • Computer Software (i.e. Microsoft office, word, excel)
    • Security threats, mitigation strategies, and best practices

    Ability to:

    • Work well in stressful and demanding situations
    • Assess and evaluate situations effectively based on limited upfront knowledge
    • Create systems related work instructions
    • Pay attention to detail
    • To exercise a high level of professionalism, discretion, and tact.
    • Troubleshoot and provide solutions related to IT issues
    • Work on various tasks as required

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

    • Work pressure, disturbances of workflow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis.
    • Majority of work will be performed at a post near the main entry of a facility, however depending on additional job duties, dynamic patrolling may be required.
    • Working conditions may be somewhat disagreeable requiring occasional exposure to seasonal weather and noise.
    • Regular travel between local locations is possible.
    • While primary duty hours are day shift, must be flexible to work in the event of emergencies
    • Extended standing and moderate to heavy lifting are occasionally required.
    • Requires walking and some climbing (ladders, etc.)
