    We are looking for a junior Project Manager to support TransUnion’s growing Sales Effectiveness and Experience team and will help inform, engage, and inspire TU’s global seller population.

    We are part of a team of highly creative, curious, and educated associates who are excited to be working with the TransUnion sales teams to ensure they have the training, tools and experiences they need to be successful. You’ll work with intelligent, compassionate people who aren’t afraid to take calculated risks and love to pursue bold ideas.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative thinker with the ability to project manage multiple programs.

    • 1-3 years experience in a project management role. Sales or event experience is also helpful.

    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • A highly effective cross-functional communicator in both written and verbal Skills.

    • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to manage the complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

    • Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the dedecided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

    • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, internal customers, or project team members.

    • Ability to manage multiple budgets, track spending, and ensure programs do not go over spend.

    • Regular status reporting, issues management, and escalation as needed

    • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and influence with leaders and collaborators at all levels.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)

    • Go-getter personality and can-do attitude.

    • Previous sales associates or sales support teams are encouraged to apply!

    IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

    • Project manage multiple programs - one of them being the largest event we do at TransUnion, our annual TU Sales Meeting.

    • Draft agendas, interview sellers and consolidate feedback for our Sales Advisory Board - a group of sellers who provide feedback and input into multiple sales-related programs.

    • Create, own, and manage the Seller Mentorship Program.

    • Support the Sales Excellence program - our sales incentive program - with project management and drafting monthly communications to the global sales population.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders on programs and implementing feedback.

    • Prepare updates to executives and support program lead in communicating updates to leaders.

    • Set and manage project timelines and deliverables.

    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

    • Have creative solutions to any roadblocks.
