The Senior Delivery Analyst delivers data, data products, and information that drive both U.S. and Global client's multi-channel marketing capabilities. You will have a deep understanding of the details of our client's data and Acxiom's products to ensure that our clients receive clean, improved, segmented, ready-to-market data. It's integral that you work with Acxiom clients to build a solid professional relationship that is the foundation for our success. You will guide in analyzing, trouble shooting and changing processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients and maintain expertise in all areas of processing and product capabilities while using expertise to optimize service delivery. You will also collaborate with and mentor junior team members on most efficient processing techniques and the best auditing methods.

What you will do:

• Understanding of many Acxiom services. Client interaction - complex question support for client. Sophisticated client requested adhoc projects.
• Innovations/ Performs initial processing for clients and work to stabilize the process. Perform production support on multiple accounts/solutions.
• Accountable for ownership of timely input and output delivery, including taking initiative to supervise after hours. Accountable to handle their own time to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates and manages source file receipt with clients, vendors, and/or internal partners. Verifies input/output counts, monitors data processing jobs and audits/verifies the results based on historical trends.
• Accurately validates source and output data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to specifications and service level (SLA) agreements ensuring zero defects.
• Ensures compliance with quality assurance processes, established procedures, project requirements and SLA/expectations.
• Researches, solves problems and takes action regarding data or processing issues according to product, client and / or third-party vendor specifications. This includes advising the team and clients on necessary solution changes or fixes to implement as well as the actual work to implement/fix.
• Professionally communicates internally and externally with clients and partners as determined by the nature of the discussion. Leads client meetings as it pertains to solution, research, issues, organizational change and trouble shooting. Point of contact to clients for solution components as well.
• Collaborates with Product organization to understand product features, improvements and provide client representation of requirements for project releases.
• Learns Acxiom data products including Global in order to understand country data variables, regulations, matching levels to collaborate with and answer client questions.
• Understands basic GDPR regulations to help support Global EU client's processes.

Do you have?

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience in the area of Information Technology
• Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to connect with internal and external partners - providing status
• Working knowledge of encryption/decryption (PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / PL -SQL and UNIX / LINUX
• Working knowledge of file transfer protocols
