    As a Sr. Director of all our store distribution, you will lead our retail sales operations across all locations. You will be responsible for guiding our teams, driving revenue, and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers across our Retail channels.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Team Leadership & Development: Build, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams. Coach your direct reports to become strong leaders who can motivate their own teams to achieve excellent results.

    • Strategic Execution: Set a clear vision for the region and define the practical steps needed to achieve short- and long-term business growth.

    • Business Initiatives: Launch and manage strategic programs to drive revenue, including digital partnerships, 5G plan rollouts, and abandoned-cart recovery strategies.

    • Financial & Performance Management: Oversee operating budgets, financial reporting, and sales performance for all stores in your territory. Review sales data to build targeted action plans that improve productivity.

    • Customer Experience: Identify trends in customer retention and partner with other departments to resolve underlying issues. Act as the senior point of contact for escalating and resolving complex customer concerns.

    • Workplace Culture: Create a healthy work environment focused on engagement, transparency, and ethical business practices. Ensure all teams adhere to our Business Code of Conduct and Sales Compensation Plans.

    • Executive Communication: Guide geographically dispersed teams, solve operational problems, and share complex ideas clearly with senior executives.

    What we’re looking for...

    You are a decisive leader who knows how to build trust and get results. You can look at the big picture to set a strategy, but you also know how to manage the day-to-day details to ensure those plans succeed on a tight timeline.

    What you'll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience.

    • Six to eight years of relevant professional experience.

    • A proven track record of managing diverse, geographically spread teams at various professional levels.

    • Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing staff while maintaining operational standards.

    • Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple major projects at once and meet strict deadlines.

    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply to diverse audiences and executive leadership.

    Even better if you have:

    • A Master’s degree.

    • Seven or more years of sales management experience.

    • A consistent history of top performance in a highly competitive, results-driven environment.

    • A logical, process-driven approach to solving problems.

    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

    • Excellent team-building skills and a talent for building trust-based relationships.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

    The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
