    The Role

    As a Senior Lead Construction Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) leadership team and will influence the broader strategic and operational needs within the PMO. This position provides expert Program and Project leadership to plan, manage and deliver all aspects of one or more large, technical and complex Program(s) / Project(s), crossing multiple disciplines. Key success factors for this role are a proven track record and passion for leading and delivering Program(s) and Project(s) on-time, on-budget and to scope specifications. This is a senior PM role in a matirx management environment where strong leadership, training and mentoring of less expereinced PM’s is required.

    The Main Responsibilities

    • Define and implement best practices for network construction and implementation projects.
    • Evaluate and select network technologies, tools, and vendors to drive interval improvement and cost efficiencies.
    • Coordinate with National Engineering and the Regional Construction teams on new service introduction.
    • Track performance measurements, drive process creation and manage end-to-end network implementation/construction programs ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports for stakeholders, including project status, risks, and recommendations.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot complex process issues, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
    • Develop detailed network deployment plans and schedules in alignment with business objectives.
    • Perform time and motion studies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define services scope for a provided technical scope of work.
    • Conduct resource requirement assessments and performance optimization to maintain high availability and reliability.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

    What We Look For in a Candidate

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
    • Experience applying process improvement in construction, utilities, telecom, energy, or infrastructure installation.

    Preferred

    • Typically with 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning. 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.
    • 5–10 years in construction, infrastructure installation, utilities, or related field operations.
    • Prior experience implementing Lean in field environments rather than only office‑based processes.
    • Background in quality management, operations, or project controls.

    Compensation

    This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

    Location Based Pay Ranges:

    $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
    $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
    $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
