    The Senior Manager Delivery serves as a client's day-to-day point of contact for an account. You will provide vision, leadership, and guidance to associates, as well as train and mentor your direct reports to ensure an inclusive, motivating work environment that achieves successful business outcomes that meet client expectations. In this role, you will take accountability for client deliverables, ensuring quality, and leading your team's work to ensure success.

    This client is a top 5 client in its industry with high expectations. The team that supports the client must expect their day-to-day to be fast-paced and high-energy and needs a leader that thrives in this type of environment. This role can be home-based almost anywhere in the U.S.

    What you will do:

    • Work directly with the client and be the point of contact for the client to establish priorities and with the team to provide solution impact analysis and Level of Effort for work completion
    • You will be the client's main point of contact for your team's area of support
    • You will lead calls with the client - status calls, new projects, trouble escalation, project status
    • Manage contract & account expenses (billing)
    • Provide input into account forecasting and expense management - providing regular updates on expense targets to leadership
    • Manage workload and balance workload across projects and associates - stepping in with a helping hand where there is a resource shortage (if even temporary)
    • Work with associates to meet deliverables and resolve problems
    • Serve as critical issue point of contact for account-related concerns
    • Drive and ensures up-to-date production documentation materials
    • Identify & support continuous process improvement efforts
    • Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with associates and actively identify professional learning and development opportunities
    • Work and share the responsibility with the other account leaders on audits, security questionnaires, network security communication
    • Provide input to your leader for account information that supports QBRs (internal or external), recognition
    • Provide support to the sales team when they need direct input regarding the team, a process, or expense
  • Qualifications

    Do you have?

    • Typically, more than 5 years of experience leading and mentoring associates
    • Direct Client Facing Skills and willingness to own the communication and relationships with the client where necessary.
    • Validated experience leading teams who are based in multiple geographies
    • Excellent client communication skills - both oral and written
    • Extraordinary organizational skills
