    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Organizational Change Management Specialist will support the execution of change adoption strategies and activities for digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain organization.

    Reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Transformation or Manager of Organizational Change Management, this role will focus on implementing established change management practices to help stakeholder groups successfully transition through system implementations and process changes to help people change how they work to enable standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across logistics, order operations, and production operations.

    This position requires a detail-oriented practitioner with strong communication and training skills who can execute OCM plans, engage directly with impacted employees, and ensure transformation initiatives achieve adoption goals through effective stakeholder engagement and support.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Partner with project teams, IT, business process resources, and operations managers, to align change activities with project milestones and ensure change readiness is integrated into implementation planning.

    Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify affected groups, understand their concerns and needs, and tailor change interventions to support successful transitions through awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement phases. Develop and deliver targeted communication materials including emails, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, intranet content, and presentations that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for upcoming changes.

    Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions that build user proficiency with new systems, processes, and ways of working, ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively at project launch and beyond.

    Support organizational readiness assessments by gathering data through surveys, interviews, and observations, analyzing findings, and contributing to the development of mitigation plans for identified gaps and barriers.

    Coordinate with leaders, super users, and functional team champions to establish grassroots support networks that provide peer-to-peer assistance and reinforce change messaging within operational teams. Track and monitor change management metrics including communication reach, training completion rates, stakeholder readiness scores, and adoption indicators, reporting progress and risks to project leadership. Document lessons learned, best practices, and improvement recommendations to continuously enhance OCM methods and tools and contribute to organizational change capability building.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences
      (BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Development or related field)

    • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field

    • Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, operations, or manufacturing transformations involving system implementations and process improvements

    • Demonstrated experience developing communication materials, training content, and stakeholder engagement plans for technology or process change initiatives

    • Background working in cross-functional project environments with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholder groups

    • Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or user groups and providing hands-on support to employees during periods of change

    • Prosci Change Management Certification preferred

    • Certified Instructional Designer preferred

    Compensation/ Benefits:

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $86,000- $129,00. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
