The Sr. Agency Partner Manager will be responsible for managing strategic business partnerships
What you will do:
Manage and cultivate a roster of agency accounts as your own book of business
Become an expert ambassador of Acxiom data solutions, which includes educating, promoting, and working strategically with (agency)partners on Acxiom’s data products and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supporting client requests, troubleshooting delivery issues, building marketing collateral, and learning new product details
Develop and grow relationships with agency leadership and account teams as an audience solutions consultant to their business needs
Able to lead, not just manage a variety of responsibilities; gameplan multiple steps ahead to drive growth
Monitor the status of all activity related to account partners, especially ongoing advertising campaigns; intervene and/or escalate to address problems
Meet or exceed revenue goals through the use of Acxiom’s data products, usually as a component of the agency partner’s media buying strategy
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of related work experience- including agency partnerships, agency, digital advertising or AdTech/MarTech
Proven track record of exceeding goals by managing a portfolio of opportunities requiring following through with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to establish strong working relationships with counterparts and effective relationships with more senior partner executives
Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Effective time management and leadership skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient experience in Excel for managing large datasets to build insights and strategy, PowerPoint for artful storytelling, and Outlook for email organization

Salary Range: $115,000/year - $155,000/year
