    What you’ll be doing...

    Foundational Products team provides platform products that are leveraged across business groups to solve complex problems. Within that team, the platform product team provides a unified platform for business teams to use to build and deploy contextual and personalized experiences for customers in all channels.

    As a product owner, you will be owning the product roadmap and delivery by working closely with the users and Agile teams. Leverage insights from analytics, and develop comprehensive solutions to complex business problems. In this capacity, you will partner with multiple cross-functional business teams to identify requirements / opportunities, create and drive Jira stories, own and drive product roadmap items to delivery.

    • Owning and driving product delivery roadmap by following the product strategic roadmap and vision

    • Leading the product roadmap with OKRs and benefits and product feature level tracking of benefits enabled

    • Working closely with IT leads to design the best solution for the product to keep it scalable and flexible

    • Driving the product features/capabilities with Agile framework with day to day working in and out of Jira, confluence and other Agile tools.

    • Creating and driving mock ups and UI/UX for the product features and stories

    • Proposing and coming up with the best user experience flow and screens for the product features

    • Creating and managing product Catalog with detailed documentation about the product’s capabilities and features

    • Working closely with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and feedback

    • Interfacing with users, IT, project managers, and supplier organizations to meet business objectives related to self-service, revenue generation, customer retention, end-to-end communications, and customer satisfaction.

    • Supporting platform/product transformation, requirements development, lifecycle management, testing, and validation of use cases.

    • Using the intelligence platform to power new for the product including but not limited to partnering with channel, customer experience, execution team, and other stakeholders to maximize the use of each intelligence asset created by the team.

    What we’re looking for...

    You are the “product mindset” individual that excels in driving a product roadmap to delivery and tracks benefits and OKRs to define success. Works very well in a cross-org collaboration setting and partnering with multiple orgs to drive the product.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Experience driving large scale projects and/or cross-functional teams.

    • Experience with complex systems and technology solutions.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Advanced degree in a relevant field.

    • Product owner experience or degree

    • Agile tools experience like Jira, confluence etc.

    • Experience with UI/UX design experience using Figma and other tools.

    • Experience partnering directly with development teams in an agile format to produce application capabilities required by the business.

    • Experience in data-driven, root cause analysis for large scale projects and/or cross-functional teams.

    • Proven track record of strong and timely execution on projects and deliverables.

    • Three or more years of experience designing, deploying, and documenting solutions at an enterprise scale.

    • Experience in the software development lifecycle.

    • Experience with complex systems and technology solutions.

    • Proven track record of being able to take unstructured teams and efforts and organize them into established processes and best practices that yield significant improvements and results.

    • Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to understand complex architectures and the ability to clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level.

    • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
