  • Responsibilities

    The Compensation team develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. The Sales Compensation Analyst will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation programs. Analyst will lead the implementation and administration of a new sales compensation tool. Analyst will participate in the annual sales plan review, providing research on best practices of incentive plan design, metrics, and quota setting. This role will work closely with other compensation team members to analyze, administer and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, commission plans and various other programs. This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Implement and administer the sales compensation management tool Informing sales support teams on market current sales compensation practices to drive Acxiom initiatives
    • Process biweekly and quarterly commissions for Acxiom's domestic sales force
    • Tracks account assignment of sales reps
    • Ensures commission data accuracy in Workday
    • Responsible for cost modeling any sales comp plan changes
    • Work with HRBP to ensure plan assignment aligns with role in Workday
    • Provide quota attainment to Sales Ops team and HRBPs as-needed
    • Communicates with sales reps to answer questions as needed
    • Work with various stakeholders to improve sales commission processing and any other processes

    Additional Annual Compensation Responsibilities:

    • Document and maintain compensation guidelines for compensation elements including base pay ranges, variable pay ranges and long-term incentives
    • Review new hire offers and support recruiters in the hiring process
    • Ensure pay mix and pay equity are aligned by job level
    • Administrator of various programs including the SPIFS for sales population, employee stock purchase plan and long-term incentive plan

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • 4+ years of corporate compensation and/or finance experience, or 2 years of corporate compensation and/or finance experience and a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, accounting or a similar function
    • Experience supporting a sales organization, specifically with sales plan integration, transformation or consulting
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Familiarity with Finance and Accounting concepts and principles
    • Willingness to learn
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills
