    What You Will Do:

    As a Senior UI/UX Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

    • Driving the comprehensive user experience strategy and vision for our products, ensuring they are intuitive and consistently delivering a seamless experience.
    • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (including product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders) to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
    • Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis, using these insights to inform actionable product enhancements.
    • Defining and articulating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to engineering teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of UX goals and objectives.
    • Providing guidance and feedback to the UX design and engineering teams to ensure consistency and cohesion across our Cloud product portfolio.
    • Develop wireframes, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Define and monitor key UI/UX KPIs, provide regular reporting to the executive team, and adjust strategies based on data.

    What You Will Have:

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong passion for user experience and design.
    • Proven experience managing UX design for complex workflows for technical users.
    • An in-depth understanding of user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and the ability to convert findings into actionable insights.
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

    What Sets You Apart:

    Standout candidates will have:

    • Proficiency in visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, InAppVision, Zeplin, and others.
    • Experience with MarTech/AdTech solutions, Data Clean Rooms, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
