  • Responsibilities

    DESCRIPTION:

    The SRC Analysts support Commercial, Federal, Public Sector, International, Telco, and Global Integration Services Sales Account Teams. SRC Analysts are also responsible for managing internal resources to develop high quality, responsive Statements of Work (SOWs), supporting our proposed solutions for deployment services.

    SRC Analysts are instrumental assisting with the generation of new sales, and service offerings, and generating the content used to enhance the overall WWT offering. Equally important will be building relationships with multiple departments. Effectively pricing our capabilities is integral to the role as well as driving profitability for our company. 

    SRC Analysts will have a minimum of three years related experience including the ability to write, process solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Analysts will have a proven track record of success accompanied by being an aggressive self-starter and the ability to build relationships, lead teams, and execute plans.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with CSE (Consulting Systems Engineers), CSA (Consulting Solutions Architect), MC (Managing Consultants), PC (Principle Consultants), AM (Account Managers), BM (Business Managers), PMT (Partner Management Team), and customers to understand the scope requirements of the request and educate on the processes and expectations for a successful Services engagements
    • Build cross-departmental relationships: Sales, Sales-Ops, Presales Engineering, Internal IT, ATC (Advanced Technology Center), ITC-ETC-STC (Integration Technology Centers), PS, Proposals, Legal and Risk Compliance, etc.
    • Explain scope and SOW to customer Account Teams and educate/train on the overall scoping, SOW, and pricing process
    • Manage internal resources to develop high quality, responsive Statements of Work (SOWs), supporting proposed solutions for deployment services
    • Exceptional team collaboration capabilities
    • Understand and practice Integrated Management Leadership (IML) applications
    • Strong understanding of applicable pricing and margin theories for WWT Services
    • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets and other MS Office applications
    • Position may require unscheduled extended work hours as needed, flexibility is crucial

    • Ability to interface with WWT end customers in solution development and scoping calls
