    What you will be doing?

    The ServiceNow Analyst serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team, providing expert business process analysis and guidance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that ServiceNow platform features are properly defined, documented, and aligned with WWT’s mission and service management best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Requirement Gathering

      • Capture business and user requirements (as stories for Agile teams)
      • Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
      • Collaborate with process owners to define workflows and IT self-service needs 
      • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build positive relationships with stakeholders through consistent communication

      • Develop use cases, process diagrams, and documentation including stories, tasks and Functional Specification Documents
      • Challenge enhancement requests to ensure alignment with WWT ServiceNow principles and architectural direction
      • Delivery Process
    • Work with the team and Product Owner on support, enhancements and strategic delivery for ServiceNow

      • Document and map current processes and perform gap analyses using Lean and ITIL frameworks 
      • Operational Support
    • Resolve escalated issues/defects within ServiceNow.

      • Coordinate with service and process owners to ensure platform features meet business needs.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar role.

    • Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL standards.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with ServiceNow HR module or scoped applications

    • Ability to interpret data and create actionable reports

    • Exposure to ServiceNow dashboards and assignment groups

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
