Diggz is looking for a Social Media Intern to implement our social media marketing — will include (but not be limited to) Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google+.
This will involve a robust content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and cultivating leads.
The ideal candidate excels at crafting attention-grabbing messaging, but in a way that is sophisticated, intelligent, and in-line with the Diggz brand.
In addition, you will also be responsible in crafting and executing our user engagement communications and social media campaigns and tracking their performance.
Demonstrated creativity and social media/content marketing experience necessary (please provide links)—experience with the tenets of traditional marketing a plus
Extremely strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Interest in startups
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
Is an early-adopter who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly
Holds or Pursuing a BA in Communications, PR, marketing or related fields
Graphic design experience a plus
Basic to advance Excel Knowledge a plus
Knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research a PLUS
