Description
The Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) is looking for software engineering interns to work in San Diego, CA. We specialize in providing advance scientific solutions to real world problems. You will be immersed in a rich technical environment where you will work with senior software engineers, electrical engineers, scientists, and others.
As a software intern you will work with a team of interns on special projects involving embedded programming or hardware integration, sensors, user interfaces, data recording, and analysis. You will be mentored by senior software engineers. You will have the opportunity to be innovative and creative while gaining work experience and developing software that will be used by scientists and engineers.
Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Senior status
C/C++ programming skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
US citizenship required and eligibility to obtain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Embedded software development.
