CLOUD HARMONICS SOLUTION SERVICES is an Ingram Micro company.We enable our partners to build and expand their business with security-focused, cloud-forward vendors driving digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 30%

• Provide design and implementation support to clients and customers of Cloud Harmonics.
• Be available for remote and/or onsite work where required to best suit the needs of the company.

EXPERT LEVEL TRAINING 30%

• Delivery of exceptional training on a weekly basis. Effectively communicates product/vendor capabilitiesTests and maintains existing lab environment.

PRE-SALES / SALES ENGINEERING 30%

• Provides vendor solutions to customer inquiries targeting specific technology requirements. Facilitatesconversations with customers to provide the best solutions.

COURSEWARE AND LAB ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT 10%

• Takes complex ideas and transcribes them into a clear, concise message to support the customer'sProduct understanding. Builds lab environments to support courseware development and enhance thecustomer's experience.

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY LEVEL

• Proposal of New Technologies for future classes
• Adjusting timelines based on current build out plans
• Suggestion of supplemental training for junior staff

• Lab buildouts
• Timeline for new classes
• New technologies for future classes and products for potential distribution

• This vendor has approached us to offer training and services, is this a fit for our organizational strategy?
• This potential client desires product "x" installed. Is this something within our capabilities?
• Possess a strong technical skill set acquired through advanced training, study and experience
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalenttechnical job related
• Minimum 5years functional experience in networking and/or security industry including a minimum of1 years position-specific experience ineithertechnical training, pre-sales support, or professional services.
• Minimum of 1 professionalcertificationsfrom1supported vendors .
• Professional Level Networking or Security
• Certificate PCNSE or CCNP
