    Position Overview:

    The Solutions Specialist assists Solutions Architects by providing technical support, documentation, and analysis. This role involves coordinating with teams to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of IT solutions for clients. Solution Support Specialists work closely with Solutions Architects to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the implementation of IT solutions. managing project timelines, resources, and communication. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This is an individual contributor role. Work is closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. Follow specific, outlined and detailed directions. No travel.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Assist Solutions Architects in the design and development of IT solutions.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client projects.
    • Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support solution development.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and project success.
    • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients.
    • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand business requirements and objectives.
    • Analyze client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Create detailed technical documentation and specifications.
    • Support the development and testing of IT solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects.
    • Monitor project progress and report on status to Solutions Architects and stakeholders.
    • Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure project alignment.
    • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Assist in preparing project deliverables and presentations.
    • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience including internship experience.
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely.
    • The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
    • Experience with Networking or Data Center Solutioning Opportunities.
