The SENIOR ANALYST position resides within the Sales Operations Business Analytics and Architecture team and interacts directly with Sales Operations, WWT Account Managers, IT Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers and other analytics teams throughout the business.
The Senior Analyst will assist business users in gathering key data elements of their assigned responsibilities to make more informed decisions.
This person will help drive awareness, enablement, growth and profitability of customer and partner engagements.
Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.
Provide software enhancement recommendations
Assist in new business program start-up, including gathering and communicating business requirements, interacting directly with our customer, being an active participant in execution and rollout of the new business program.
Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
Escalates to resolve complex stakeholder issues
Partner closely with business users to discover information needs: data, reports, and analyses
Translate business questions into reporting and analytical requirements
Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.
Serve as knowledge owner for Sales Operations.
Lead simple to moderate & complex sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods, tools, and resources.
Advise application design alternatives and business process change opportunities.
Connect user needs to emerging technology in order to acquire or design tools, techniques, and approaches that allow Sales Operations and the End Customer to realize optimal results.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems.
Effectively work with team to maximize productivity for the project / program.
Participate in designing end to end solutions with the business, IT, and other stakeholders.
Perform impact analysis on the current business process, understand best practices, identify gaps, define future state business process, plan road map to achieve future state & execute road map
Analyze pre and post implementation changes, including expected business value/ROI and actual results
Identify project risks, provide visibility & help mitigate risk factors
Work with technical counterparts to provide functional details of ask to deliver a technical solution.
Travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA or BS Required. Business, Finance, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud Required
5 + years of experience in IT, business, or analysis type fields
2 + years of experience working on Agile/Iterative project teams-writing user stories, facilitating requirements/discovery sessions, negotiating with operations stakeholders, creating presentations/visualizations, adept at process mapping, analyzing and organizing large groups of requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex business problems and system challenges
Experience working in the lead to order process preferred.
Investigative ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
Excellent organizational skills, oral/written communication and follow-up skills are required
Ability to manage several projects at one time and work independently to meet deadlines
Availability to travel to support other regional offices
