    You will provide Sr. Analyst support for GOV and SMB segment contract and process support to the U.S., Canada, Australia and Mexico Sales teams working on some projects, and specifically working through escalations and ensuring contract velocity.

    Key Tasks:

    • Provide insight and data into trends with the aim of reducing the amount of orders that run into processing issues by highlighting process & system gaps as well as bringing forth creative solutions to increase velocity

    • Supporting the PMO, GCS, Sales, Vendors, and other leaders as needed and in representation of the Sales Velocity team

    • Work collaboratively and proactively with other Consultant, Supervisor, and Analysts to communicate on status, issues, wins, etc.

    • Building & maintaining Salesforce.com reports & providing analysis when necessary

    • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure compliance to company standards

    • Engaging in problem solving exercises and act as a Sales Operations liaison across functional groups such as Legal, Customer Success,

    • Sales, and Finance, etc.,.

    • Ensuring that all orders are within company compliance for commissions, audit, pricing, etc.

    • Responding and Resolving daily Sales Operations Cases to ensure we are meeting our SLA

    • Mentor to the Sales Velocity Analysts

    • Daily contract processing, order & customer escalations and order troubleshooting

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

    • Experience in a high-volume sales support environment

    • Knowledge of Verizon Connect customer lifecycle, policies, and processes

    • Experience and competency with Salesforce.com

    Even Better if you have:

    • Experience and competency with SAP

    • Strong listening, communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $63,000.00 and $117,000.00 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
