Verizon’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels.
Joining the Sales Operations and Enablement team, you will focus on the day-to-day operational support of strategic reseller relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving network and provisioning issues that fall beyond the scope of Tier 1 support.
You will act as a critical detective and liaison, navigating the technical and regulatory landscape of wireless porting to ensure seamless service transitions for our Wholesale Resellers. Your primary goal is to minimize porting delays and resolve roadblocks by coordinating effectively between internal teams, external service providers, and our valued reseller partners.
As Senior Analyst Sales Ops & Enablement, you will:
Advanced Ticket Resolution: Manage the Tier 2 LNP queue by performing in-depth analysis on complex porting failures, such as mismatched Customer Service Record (CSR) data, OSP locks, or synchronization errors.
Strategic Liaison: Work directly with internal Verizon Network, IT, and Provisioning teams, as well as Old Service Providers (OSPs), to negotiate and resolve inter-carrier disputes.
SLA & Queue Management: Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all escalations are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all porting activities adhere to industry-standard timelines and FCC guidelines for local number portability.
Talent Development: Ensure hiring, training, and performance management are effectively executed to grow skills in accordance with strategic needs
We are looking for a dedicated Problem Solver who does more than just close tickets; you enjoy "digging deep" to uncover the root cause of porting failures and implementing solutions to prevent them from recurring. As a skilled Communicator, you maintain professional composure while navigating complex conversations with external carriers or providing clarity to frustrated resellers. With the natural ability to prioritize, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing a high volume of technical tasks without sacrificing the accuracy or attention to detail required for seamless number portability.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree
LNP provisioning knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
