  • Responsibilities

    The Sr. Decision Support Analyst is a subject matter expert in, and responsible for campaign management, execution, and all associated reporting and dependencies for their designated account(s).

    A Sr. DSA:

    • Fully understands details of the client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data.
    • Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to ensure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations, and helps troubleshoot and research issues as needed.
    • Works closely with other members of their designated account team(s) to meet client deliverables.
    • Communicates directly with the client as needed.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Point of contact for assigned account(s) regarding campaign management and execution.
    • Manages and executes multiple-level complex campaigns of various types, which may include, but is not limited to, the review of campaign specifications, working with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client deliverables and dynamic campaign execution.
    • Responsible for coding/processing/managing all campaign-related tasks (suppressions, segmentation, creation of vendor/mail files, scheduling, and creation of post-campaign files).
    • Audits campaign related changes to ensure service level agreement compliance (SLA).
    • Maintains a broad understanding of Acxiom's processing and product capabilities and utilizes that understanding to ensure client requirements and service levels are achieved.
    • Drives and documents best practices and process improvements.
    • Ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits.
    • Provides consultation, support, communication and training to teams and clients on campaign management tools and / or processes, as needed.
    • Provides assistance (data, analysis, research, troubleshooting, recommendations) on assigned ad hoc projects.
    • Participates in change management process for existing solutions which may include, but is not limited to, solution, tool and process changes.
    • Provides issue resolution which may include, but is not limited to, tool errors that require escalation and data integrity issues.
    • Investigates and advises internal team and external client(s) on potential processing efficiencies, redundancies and/or optimum use of data.

    DO YOU HAVE?

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
    • Campaign management experience
    • Proficiency in SQL

    WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:

    • Experience with Acxiom's UDL/MDE solution
    • Knowledge of file processing and marketing campaign execution
    • Understanding of standard methodologies
    • Experience creating process documentation
    • UNIX / LINUX
    • Knowledge of FCRA reporting requirements (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
    • Demonstrated ability to own / drive communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - answering complex questions, resolving issues, conducting research for client marketing team including marketing management.
    • Experience with formal mentorship
