What you’ll be doing...
Responsible for project/program management of projects that are technical in nature where the utilization of advanced technological skills (e.g., coding, systems architecture, engineering) are used to meet the company’s project goals. Responsible for leading the scope and timelines of new technological programs; works independently on the allocation of resources and responsibility for technical requirements development and management, tracking progress against deadlines during a development sprint cycles, manage release execution. Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.
Meet with clients to discuss and determine project requirements and make recommendations to best meet business needs.
Develop project plans and documentation that will be utilized to complete projects (e.g., stakeholders, resources, budget, and timelines).
Act as the point of contact for the participants involved in the projects, initiating and leading meetings with teams, communicating the status of the project, and reaching out to additional teams.
Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and resolving possible issues that may result in missing project targets.
Implement the project plan as defined by the business, partnering with project team members as necessary, to ensure identified components of the project are completed on time, resolving roadblocks as they occur, allocating resources, and ensuring work is completed according to established budgets and timelines.
Manage project budgets, identifying possible risks and opportunities.

You are able to negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence decisions that yield the best results for our company.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Technical or project management experience.
Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge, especially with Fiber Optic Outside Plant networks
A valid Driver's License.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
PMP certification.
Experience in utilities coordination (PG&E, AT&T, UPRR, Caltrans, BART).
Experience with SAP/FIAT as well as expense and/or capital budgets.
Experience in tools such as Canvas/CoFEE, Fuze SPM, Tableau, AutoCAD, Google Earth.
Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational communications.
Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $195,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
