What you’ll achieve

As a Strategy Analyst Intern, you will work individually and within a project team to take on topics such as evaluating new product/business opportunities and identifying process and operational changes to improve business results. The internship program is 10 – 12 weeks in duration, is full-time and paid, and is a development opportunity for someone interested in learning more about Dell while simultaneously developing key business skills.

You will take part in these elements of the internship program:

• Dell sponsored intern development events (both social and educational)
• Robust networking opportunities & high-level visibility with Executives
• Project mentor(s) and peer buddy to aid in acclimating to Dell and provide insight on career development at Dell
• Formal performance evaluation upon completion of internship and final project presentation
• Consideration for a Strategy Full-Time position upon completion of the internship

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates are working towards a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or other related discipline
• Candidates must be a Junior (Graduating December 2024 - May 2025)

Desirable Requirements:

• Demonstrates skills in marketing assessments and evaluations, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and implement feedback

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $21.35 – 27.83 per hour, depending on location.
