DESCRIPTION

Ingram Micro is seeking TWO motivated and talented TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERNS to support our Flexible Subscription Engine (FSE) initiative, and join us in JUNE for our 10-WEEK PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE:

• Work with the multiple teams to monitor progress, remove obstacles and facilitate meetings to make sure different teams are aligned on priorities.

• Participate in technical design and product discussions to make sure all relevant points are properly discussed and clarified to ensure each team has no impediments impacting their deliverables.

• Participate in activities required to develop and deploy governance and reporting tools

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program

• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Combination of education and experience in project management

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with project management tools is a plus

• Experience working on technical projects and apps/web development is an advantage

• Excellent personal organization and rational thinking to solve complex problems
