Ingram Micro is seekingamotivated and talented GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS INTERN to join us in JUNE for our 10-WEEK PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE:

• Partner with cross functional teams to analyze and document existing business processes, recommend operational improvements, and organize data and supporting program documentation.
• Support the global program team by documenting key actions, coordinating efforts across business and IT teams, and tracking project tasks to completion.
• Collaborate with Change Management team to support global training and communication strategy.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Comfortable withpresentingto audiences at various levels within the organization.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and following standard procedures in analyzing situations or data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple project tasks.
