Ingram Micro is seekingamotivated and talented IT PROGRAM OFFICE INTERN to join us in JUNE for our 10-WEEK PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE:

• Help establish a process for governance and efficient use of various tools and applications (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, PlanPort)

• Run and/or create reports that provide proactive and actionable insight to manage programs (timesheet submission, proper labor capitalization)

• Create a knowledge management library and assist in the development of process documents (e.g. associate onboarding, supplier onboarding, headcount forecasts, associate rosters)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.

• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Interest in working with a small, agile and high energy team

• Eagerness to learn about program operations

• Passion for finding solutions and ability to pivot in a fast moving environment

• Proficiency in MS Office Tools (PPT, Word, Excel)

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, PlanView, Fieldglass, MS Team a plus
