The Tax Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Tax Managers and Senior Tax Analyst by working on various tasks in income tax compliance, international tax, tax provision, and transfer pricing.

• Perform tax research on various income tax items
• Prepare federal and state income tax return including 5471s
• Assist in analyzing quarterly state income, and prepare estimated state income tax and extension payments
• Perform reviews and reconciliations of federal and state income tax payment accounts, refunds, and credit carryforwards
• Prepare business license renewals and annual reports
• Assist in planning and gathering information for federal and state income tax audit defense
• Respond to tax notices in a timely manner
• Assist with quarterly provision and prepare year end provision for various domestic entities
• Support Tax Managers on various special projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with an accounting concentration
• 0-3 years of experience
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
