The Technical Customer Support Intern will act as a core member in Zebra’s Managed and Solutions support team, helping support the overall success of the services by learning the new and upcoming Solutions areas and providing key input. Act as a conduit between multiple teams and assist in filling in any gaps that may otherwise reduce the overall effectiveness of the solution. Research new tools and other elements of the solution and provide input and technical guidance. Support existing NA Regional Lead and Team in other key areas to be determined based on critical and business needs.
