What you’ll achieve

The role of the CTIO Technical Product Intern is to lead new technology initiatives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.  In this role, you will need to have experience with supporting projects from an initial idea and validating the business and market strategy.  If the idea is validated, this role continues to provide support to a team of developers while guiding the product from technology ideation through delivery to the product team.  A solution strategist mindset is necessary to ensure the dots can be connected between multiple technologies as well as meet customer and industry.

You will:

• Support the work of Product Management Advisors and Consultants
• Perform tasks related to requirements gathering, requirements management, external and internal product events
• Gather data and trends to support business case and competitive analyses

**Essential Requirements **

• In progress on a master’s degree in Product Management or related degree
• Proficient technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality
• Adept understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
• Ability to understand competitors and their products
• Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Passionate about technology and working as a part of a team

**Desirable Requirements **

• Experience supporting collaboration with Product Management and customers to understand the problem statement/use cases and mapping ideas to tangible technical requirements
• Familiarity with Storage technologies, Data Management, Data Protection, Networking and Compute technologies including software defined aspects
