As a Technical Project Manager, you will be introduced and to receive exposure to all functions while learning the end-to-end mechanics of Acxiom’s business. Daily, you will project manage new business and internal technology upgrades across MarTech and AdTech client solutions.
Manage the development and execution of medium to large, complex, multi-phased projects for new business clients and technology upgrades and enhancements to existing client solutions. You will promote client satisfaction by ensuring the project adheres to stakeholder specifications and ensure project completion is within the determined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, organize, and plan project schedules to meet required project timelines
Client focal point for managing scope and driving projects end-to-end, while mitigating project risks to ensure timelines and cost constraints are met or changed based on client agreement
Facilitate/lead estimation of various complex projects, developing the project schedule and determining resource needs
Resolve potentially conflicting requirements
Coordinate preparation of complete written scope statement that spells out project goals and details, ensuring compliance with Service Levels
Ensure changes to the project scope are implemented according to the project change management process
Help define, communicate, and enforce project roles and responsibilities
Establish consistent communication between all parties for each project
Ensure documentation standards are in place and they are being kept up to date
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position doesn’t have direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree
Thorough understanding of project management principles and the application thereof
Knowledgeable in project management methodology and solution development methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and cross-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives
Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business related problems
What will set you apart:
2+ years of experience in the Marketing Information or Information Technology field
PMP certification; Handles 2-3 complex projects
MarTech/AdTech project management experience
Encryption/Decryption experience (PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS)
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
PII / Pseudonymous Data experience
USPS Address Standards
Working Knowledge of Big Data
Working Knowledge of Identity Resolution
