    What you’ll be doing…

    Real-Time Marketing Personalization plays a critical role in ensuring our customers and prospects receive the right message at the right time to drive revenue and increase customer retention.

    As a Technical Project Senior Manager on the Personalization team, you will be the Change Champion with several major initiatives. You will be the Product Owner of the GCP Consumer Data Platform. The CDP is Verizon’s real-time, customer and prospect profile that will be the basis for all audiences across postpaid consumer. You will translate features to user stories, drive progress to completion, and ensure quality as we enter new data and customer sets. You will evolve Marketing communication compliance as we navigate through changing regulations and technology. You will also lead Marketing through continual modernization of processes as we migrate from Teradata to the Google Cloud Platform.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Driving revenue / sales and reducing churn for marketing via CDP use cases.

    • Translating marketing use cases into clear and concise Jira stories and tracking to on-time completion.

    • Managing the Capex budget.

    • Managing a large project across 100’s of people and multiple teams with tight deadlines.

    • Creating presentations to promote progress to leaders and stakeholders.

    • Tracking component progress, remove blockers and share learnings to ensure due dates are met.

    • Entering Marketplace, VAST, VCSD, and PIA documentation.

    • Bringing forward better ways of working to increase efficiency.

    • Investigating complaints, determine root cause, document and resolve.

    • Proactively developing revenue generating use cases.

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

    • Experience managing complex technical projects and operating under tight timeframes.

    • Experience documenting and communicating new and existing processes.

    • Knowledge of agile development processes including the JIRA ticketing process.

    • Google slide development experience.

    Even better if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Program Management or Computer Science.

    • Experience coding in Google Big Query.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Expertise in customer communications architecture, data flows and processes.

    • Experience with Tableau or Looker reporting dashboards.

    • Experience with commercial marketing software and/or tools.

    • Experience with Campaign development tools such as Adobe Campaign Classic and other aspects of Adobe Marketing Cloud.

    • Familiarity with Verizon’s data structures in order to hit the ground running.

    • Knowledge of Verizon’s data handling tools such as Marketplace and VAST.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

    The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $120,500.00 - $231,000.00.
