The N2NOMS program currently has two openings for Technical Writer Interns. This exciting opportunity will include an opportunity to rotate through the program to better understand what it takes to provide IT services to a DoD Customer. During your time on the team, you will spend time with the Technical Writing and Quality Assurance Team, the Service Operations Team (hardware and software), the Technical Operations and Projects Team, and with Program Management team. Each of these rotations provides a glimpse into the various skills and opportunities that Leidos is looking for and provides to its customers. Primary Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer Intern, you will learn the language of IT operations by doing! You will be responsible for leading reviews on process models, work with the hardware/software team on installations and updates of equipment, learn about service operations from a service desk perspective, gain an understanding of how to plan and implement an IT project, and finally, spend time learning how to manage a program by working with the program leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university in a related field of study

• Basic understanding of MS Office

• Willingness to work on site

• Natural Curiosity

• Ability to work in a fast paced and exciting environment

Preferred Qualifications

• STEM background or field of study

• Local to Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range:

• $44,200.00 - $68,000.00 - $91,800.00
