As an Associate in Technology, you will be working with a talented and passionate team to design and develop innovative bespoke software solutions for our clients using cutting edge languages and methodologies.

• Organize and support client workshops and meetings
• Business and strategy analysis and development with a technical focus
• Project management support with regards to project planning and coordination of scope, risk, quality, budget and goal achievement
• Project reporting and reviewing
• Project team support including events and collaboration activities
• Software solution development and prototyping
• Processes compliance management and documentation management
• Quality assurance and delivery excellence management
• Unique opportunity to travel to India for a 12-week training and orientation program accompanied with other campus hires across North America and Europe

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, or another Information Technology-focused discipline preferred
• Interest in technology that has led you to gain exposure in programming languages such as Java, C++, SQL, Visual Basic or .NET, and operating systems such as Unix
• Keen interest in business and technology and a desire to work with clients to solve their business problems through technical solutions
• Project work experience in a team-based environment
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change, goal and solution oriented
• Customer focused and excellent client-facing capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Openness to travel and work on client site
• Available to start full-time Spring 2018
