    Program Overview:

    Dell is seeking innovative and motivated Undergraduate students to support marketing efforts during this time of excitnig transformation as Dell emerges as the only provider of integrated, end-to-end solutions from cloud mobility, to bid data, to security. Do you want to use technology to transform how we live and work? If yes, and you are about to graduate or have recently graduated, consider joining DELL’s Undergraduate Marketing Development Program (UMDP). This two year program offers:

    • Two, 1 year-long rotations which allow you to engage in meaningful project work, build a strong foundation of marketing knowledge and gain exposure to a complex, cutting edge marketing organization
    • Rotational opportunities will range from positions in core marketing groups such as: global event marketing, global communications, social media, digital marketing, brand and creative, advertising, field and partner marketing and more.
    • Substantial training, development and mentoring as well as extensive networking opportunities included
    • Upon completion of the program, participants are integrated into the business with a greater understanding of DELL, the technology industry, and experience within a large marketing organization

    Responsibilities May Include:

    • Managing a variety of marketing-focused projects
    • Developing collateral and assets for product launches
    • Writing customer success stories as well as press releases
    • Participating in industry trade shows and partner events
    • Managing lead generation programs for sales and resellers
    • Conducting market research, performing gap analyses and presenting recommendations to executive management
    • Performing competitive analyses and market analyses

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Media, or other related discipline
    • Prior internship or co-op experience (preferred)
    • Involvement in extra-curricular activities/community service/employment outside of classroom work
    • Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior (program begins July 2021)
    • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
